Job summary

Diversified is seeking a Field Services Manager to lead its regional field services operations. The role focuses on maintaining strong customer relationships, optimizing workforce capacity, and delivering service commitments and SLAs across multiple client segments in the Southeast US region.

The position balances technical tasks with leadership responsibilities, including staff development, performance management, and process improvement.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in service delivery and operations.
• Expert level with a wide range of audio, video and networking equipment.
• Knowledgeable in low voltage electrical concepts.
• Strong AV networking and audio/video skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and customer service.
• Service project management skills.
• Ability to diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve complex technical problems.
• Basic to advanced networking skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional field services operations and supervise field staff.
• Maintain customer relationships and ensure SLA delivery and service commitments.
• Manage staffing priorities and cross-team resource adjustments.
• Coach and develop staff through training and mentoring.
• Collaborate with Technical Operations, Engineering and Client Success teams.
• Drive process improvements in field service delivery and cost optimization.
• Oversee quality of service reports and drive corrective actions as needed.
• Travel up to 25% for on-site client engagement and turnover meetings.
