Job summary

Diversified is seeking a Field Services Manager to lead regional field services operations, maintain strong customer relationships, and manage a regional workforce to meet service commitments and SLAs. You will oversee employee development, supervise technical tasks, and drive performance improvement initiatives across the service delivery team.

The role combines strategic initiatives with hands-on leadership, including onsite visits up to 25% in the Southeast US region.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in Service Delivery & Operations.
• Expert level with a wide range of audio, video and networking equipment.
• Knowledgeable of low voltage electrical concepts and electronics.
• Advanced AV networking, audio and video skills.
• Excellent written, verbal and customer service communication.
• Service project management skills.
• Ability to diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve complex technical problems.
• CRM/ITSM familiarity and ability to coordinate cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead Field Service Supervisors and technicians as a people leader.
• Collaborate with Field Service Directors on complex service projects.
• Provide staffing priorities and authorize resource adjustments.
• Train staff in service processes and platforms via regional supervisors.
• Develop coaching expectations and deliver ongoing training and feedback.
• Liaise between Technical Operations, Engineering and Client Success Management.
• Provide field engineering recommendations and assess subcontractor performance.
• Ensure timely review of technician service reports and quality audits.
• Lead regional case-performance reviews and drive process improvements.
• Drive cost optimization and standardize field service workflows.
