Job summary

Diversified seeks a Field Services Manager to lead regional field services operations, maintain strong client relationships, and drive performance against SLAs. The role combines people leadership with hands-on technical oversight of a broad AV and networking service footprint, including occasional on-site work.

Qualified candidates bring 12+ years in service delivery, AV expertise, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in Service Delivery & Operations.
• Expert level skills with a wide range of audio, video and networking equipment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with customers and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead Field Service Supervisors and Technicians as a people leader.
• Collaborate with Directors on complex service projects including installations.
• Provide regional staffing priorities and approve cross-team resource adjustments.
• Coach and develop staff through regional supervision and mentoring.
• Drive process improvements for field service delivery and cost optimization.
• Oversee service reports, quality audits, and escalation handling.
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure SLA attainment.
