Job summary

Diversified is seeking a Field Services Manager to lead regional field service operations. You will manage a team of supervisors and technicians, ensuring high-quality service delivery, strong customer relationships, and on-time project execution.

The role combines personnel management with technical oversight, budget awareness, and strategic initiatives to optimize field service performance. Occasional travel to customer sites is required, with a hybrid work model in the Southeast region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in people management, technical, administrative or logistics.
• AVIXA CTS Certification is desired.
• OSHA 30 Certificate is highly desired (NYC OSHA30 in relevant region).
• Certifications pertinent to technology area(s) of expertise (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead Field Service Supervisors and technicians as a people leader.
• Collaborate with Field Service Directors on complex service projects including programming, field engineering, and installations.
• Provide regional staffing priorities and authorize cross-team resource adjustments.
• Train staff in service platforms, operations, procedures, and policies.
• Develop coaching/education expectations and deliver ongoing feedback.
• Liaise between Technical Operations, Engineering and Client Success Management.
• Oversee subcontractor performance and field service reports quality.
• Drive process improvements to optimize field service delivery and cost.
• Support budget management and service delivery metrics.
• Foster a positive culture and employee development across the region.
