You will manage Field Service Managers across campuses, ensuring consistency in service delivery and performance across locations, while coordinating with IT leadership and vendors for improvements.

The role requires managing budgets, deploying large regional deployments, and mentoring site managers to achieve service excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 6-7 years of progressive experience and 2 years of related managerial experience.
• Equivalency can be considered; all experience must be paid and in related field.

Responsabilités

• Oversees Field Service Managers across campuses and regions.
• Ensures regional operations follow enterprise field service standards and SLAs.
• Acts as escalation point for regional operational issues and incidents.
