Job summary

Leaf Home is seeking a Floating Installation Manager to support daily operations across a region's Installation department. You will coordinate scheduling with homeowners and subcontractors, drive daily installation activity, and coach subcontractors in both office and field settings.

Travel 50%+ domestically to various offices, recruit subcontractors as needed, and partner with leadership to identify training gaps and implement solutions.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Track record of recruiting, training, coaching, onboarding subcontractors.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities.
• Able to travel 2–4 weeks out of the month to various offices in the region.
• Ability to teach others through hands-on and documentation-based learning methods.
• Roll up your sleeves and execute with urgency.

Responsibilities

• Schedule jobs with homeowners and subcontractors to maximize efficiency.
• Ensure jobs are installed daily to improve location attainment and effectiveness.
• Train, coach and develop installation subcontractors in office and in the field.
• Improve subcontractor retention through training and engagement.
• Recruit subcontractors as needed.
• Partner with leadership to address training gaps and solutions.
