Leaf Home is seeking a Floating Installation Manager to help oversee regional installation operations, schedule work with homeowners and subcontractors, and drive daily performance across locations. The role emphasizes training, developing subcontractors, and improving efficiency while ensuring safety and compliance.

The candidate should have strong communication, leadership, and travel readiness to support over 50% domestic travel in the region.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience recruiting, training, coaching subcontractors.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
• Willingness to travel 2–4 weeks per month.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Schedule jobs with homeowners and subcontractors to maximize efficiency.
• Ensure daily installation to improve location attainment and effectiveness.
• Train, coach and develop installation subcontractors.
• Improve subcontractor retention through training and engagement.
• Drive proficiency and efficiency amongst installation subcontractors.
• Work with Field Trainer on performance gaps and solutions.
• Recruit subcontractors as needed.
• Must hold a valid driver's license and be comfortable with ladders.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
