Job summary

Leaf Home seeks a Floating Installation Manager to support regional Installation operations. You will schedule jobs with homeowners and subcontractors, ensure daily installations, and drive efficiency across the team.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, proven experience training and coaching subcontractors, and can travel 50% domestically. A valid driver’s license and MS Office proficiency are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience recruiting, training, coaching, onboarding subcontractors.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
• Willingness to travel 50% domestically across the region.
• Strong communication and organization skills.

Responsibilities

• Schedule jobs with homeowners and subcontractors to maximize efficiency.
• Ensure daily installations to improve location attainment and effectiveness.
• Train, coach and develop installation subcontractors in the office and field.
• Improve subcontractor retention through training and engagement.
• Recruit subcontractors as needed.
• Must hold a valid driver’s license.
