Job summary

Leaf Home seeks a Floating Installation Manager to support day-to-day installation operations across the region. You will schedule projects with homeowners and subcontractors to optimize efficiency and outcomes, while driving installation performance and team development.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience recruiting, training, coaching and onboarding subcontractors.
• Ability to work in fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities.
• Willingness to travel 50%+ domestically.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Schedule jobs with homeowners and subcontractors to maximize efficiency.
• Ensure daily installation of jobs to improve location attainment.
• Train, coach and develop installation subcontractors in-office and in-field.
• Improve subcontractor retention through training and engagement.
• Identify performance gaps and propose solutions with leadership.
• Recruit subcontractors as needed.
