Job summary

Leaf Home is seeking a Floating Installation Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of the installation team across the region. You will schedule jobs with homeowners and subcontractors, ensure daily installations, and train installers to maximize efficiency and quality.

The role requires travel, strong leadership, and a hands-on approach to coaching, with a focus on safety and process discipline to drive performance and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Track record of recruiting, training, coaching, onboarding subcontractors.
• Ability to travel 2–4 weeks per month to regional offices.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Schedule jobs with homeowners and subcontractors to maximize efficiency.
• Ensure daily installations to improve location attainment.
• Train, coach and develop installation subcontractors.
• Improve subcontractor retention through training and engagement.
• Drive proficiency and efficiency among installers.
• Collaborate with Field Trainer on performance assessments.
• Recruit subcontractors as needed.
• Must hold a valid driver's license.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
