Job summary

Leaf Home is seeking an Installation Manager to oversee daily operations of the Installation department in a Grand Prairie area field office. You will lead scheduling, certification of subcontractors, and drive timely installations with strong customer focus.

Responsibilities include training installers, optimizing subcontractor performance, and coordinating with Service and Sales teams to resolve issues efficiently. A valid driver's license and hands-on leadership are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of successful experience in home construction, remodeling, and/or installation management.
• Proven ability to recruit, train, coach, and onboard subcontractors.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Assign installation jobs to third-party installers based on availability and proximity.
• Schedule jobs with customers based on installer availability and preferences.
• Coach and develop installation staff and contractors both in-office and on-site.
• Collaborate with service and sales teams to address customer issues on first call.
• Recruit additional subcontractors to expand installation capacity.
