Job summary

Leaf Home seeks a Floating Installation Manager to support regional Installation operations. You will coordinate scheduling with homeowners and subcontractors and ensure daily installs across locations. The role emphasizes training, coaching, and improving subcontractor performance.

Travel of 2–4 weeks per month is required; you will recruit installers, lead a field team, and partner with leadership to close training gaps. Leaf Home offers growth and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Proven record recruiting, training, coaching, onboarding subcontractors.
• Ability to manage fast-paced operations with multiple priorities.
• Willingness to travel 2–4 weeks per month to regional offices.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Schedule jobs with homeowners and subcontractors to maximize efficiency.
• Ensure daily installations to improve location attainment and effectiveness.
• Train, coach and develop installation subcontractors in office and field.
• Improve subcontractor retention through training and engagement.
• Drive proficiency and efficiency among installation subcontractors.
• Collaborate with Field Trainer on installers' performance and capacities.
• Recruit subcontractors as needed.
• Must hold a valid driver's license and be comfortable with ladders.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
