Job summary

Leaf Home is seeking a Floating Installation Manager to support the day-to-day operations of our Installation region. You will schedule jobs, train subcontractors, and drive efficiency across field teams while upholding safety and quality standards.

You must be comfortable with 50%+ travel, climb ladders, and lead with hands-on coaching. A strong background in installation leadership and MS Office is required to succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Track record of recruiting, training, coaching, onboarding subcontractors.
• Able to travel 2-4 weeks out of the month to various offices in the region.
• Ability to teach others through hands-on and documentation-based learning methods.
• Fortitude to juggle multiple priorities without dropping the ball.

Responsibilities

• Schedule jobs with homeowners and subcontractors to maximize efficiency.
• Ensure jobs are installed daily to improve location attainment and effectiveness.
• Train, coach and develop installation subcontractors in office and field.
• Improve subcontractor retention through training and engagement.
• Recruit subcontractors as needed.
