Leaf Home is seeking a Floating Installation Manager to supervise regional installation operations and drive efficiency across teams. You will schedule, train, and manage installation subcontractors, ensuring daily completion of jobs and high retention through proactive coaching.

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Experience recruiting, training, coaching, onboarding subcontractors.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities.
- Able to travel 2–4 weeks per month to regional offices.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
Responsibilities
- Schedule jobs with homeowners and subcontractors to maximize efficiency.
- Ensure daily installation of jobs to improve location attainment.
- Train, coach and develop installation subcontractors in office and field.
- Improve subcontractor retention through training and engagement.
- Drive proficiency and efficiency among installation subcontractors.
- Collaborate with Field Trainer on performance and capacity of installers.
- Identify training gaps with leadership and propose solutions.
- Recruit subcontractors as needed.
- Maintain valid driver’s license and comfortable with ladders.
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
