Job summary

Leaf Home is seeking an Installation Manager to lead the daily operations of the Installation department within a local field office. You will supervise customer scheduling, service resolution, training, and management of the local third-party installation network.

The role focuses on driving efficiency, coaching installers, and coordinating with Service and Sales Ops to ensure high-quality outcomes for homeowners and timely project completion.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of successful experience in home construction, remodeling, and/or installation management.
• Experience recruiting, training, coaching, and onboarding subcontractors.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Must have a truck or van with the ability to carry ladders of various heights.
• Must hold a valid driver''s license.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Assign installation jobs to third-party installers based on availability and proximity.
• Schedule jobs with customers and installers based on availability and preferences.
• Review and publish daily installation and service reports to identify wins and opportunities for improvement.
• Train, coach and develop installation employees and contractors both in the office and in the field.
• Recruit subcontractors as needed to expand installation capacity.
• Partner with Service and Sales Operations to address customer issues and resolve on first service call.
