Job summary

Leaf Home is seeking an Installation Manager to run the daily operations of the Installation department in a local field office. You will lead a team and coordinate with third-party installers to schedule, train, and complete jobs efficiently.

The role requires 3+ years in installation management and a hands-on, proactive approach to training, scheduling, and coordinating with field teams. A valid driver's license and a vehicle are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of successful experience in home construction, remodeling, and/or installation management.
• Track record of recruiting, training, coaching, and onboarding subcontractors.
• Demonstrated focus on quality and attention to detail in installation processes.
• Ability to teach others through hands-on and documentation-based learning.
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks to meet stakeholder needs.
• Must have a truck or van capable of carrying ladders.

Responsibilities

• Assign installation jobs to third-party installer network based on availability and geography using scheduling app.
• Identify opportunities to pull forward jobs and speed up installation.
• Coordinate with customers to schedule jobs per installer availability and preferences.
• Publish daily installation and service reports to identify wins and improvement areas.
• Work with office staff to ensure workflow from schedule to install completion.
• Partner with Service and Sales Operations to address issues and resolve on first visit.
• Train, coach, and develop installation staff and contractors in office and field.
• Improve subcontractor retention through effective training and engagement.
• Drive proficiency and efficiency among installation subcontractors.
