Job summary

Leaf Home is seeking a Regional Service Manager to oversee service and installation technicians across a designated territory. The role focuses on resolving issues, preventing escalations, and improving overall service quality.

The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent), have 3+ years in-field service experience, and thrive in a fast-paced team environment. Travel 25–50% nationally with a strong emphasis on safety and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3+ years of in-field service experience focusing on post-installation service resolution.
• Ability to manage multiple activities and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Drive scheduling improvements and resolve service disputes to improve quality.
• Develop and optimize service processes as needed.
• Collect and report daily service quality data.
• Mentor installation and service teams and lead by example.
• Collaborate with escalated service team to resolve tickets quickly.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
