Nordfab is seeking an energetic sales professional to manage and expand our dealer network across a multi-state territory in the United States. You will analyze distribution, plan growth strategies to meet annual sales, margin and market share objectives, and drive sales across our product portfolio.

You will train dealers, develop annual business plans, and actively seek new distributors and customers. Expect substantial travel (60-75%), interaction with dealers, trade shows, and CRM-driven

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (technical) and 5+ years in technical outside sales.
• Experience with industrial products through distribution channels such as wholesale distributors, dealers, and manufacturers reps.
• Proven success in managing a large territory and developing new business.

Responsabilités

• Train and consult with dealers to help them succeed via sales and profitability growth.
• Drive market share increases annually, attain new dealers and new dealer prospects.
• Assess the territory distribution base and determine coverage gaps, replacing and/or re-engaging existing dealers and aggressively adding new ones.
• Develop annual business plans with dealers outlining go-to-market strategies and conduct annual/quarterly reviews.
• Research prospective customers for sales leads and develop action plans to solicit orders.
• Attend trade shows as needed.
