Job summary

Front Row is seeking a Regional Sales Representative to drive growth across an assigned territory. You will manage distribution and industrial accounts, perform category reviews, and provide consultative selling and training. Strong CRM discipline and vendor collaboration are essential as you pursue opportunities and communicate results.

Expect up to 50% travel, a home-office or remote work component, and daily interaction with leadership to shape go-to-market execution and portfolio strategy.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of sales, marketing, or product representation experience.
• Ability to meet or exceed individual and company sales goals.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; Salesforce experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own an assigned territory and execute a territory sales plan to achieve growth goals and KPIs.
• Build relationships with distribution and industrial accounts and expand footprint.
• Perform category reviews and present product recommendations to customers.
• Track sales activities and maintain CRM updates for forecasting and visibility.
• Travel up to 50% and support industry trade shows; collaborate with internal teams.
