Job summary

Multiplier is hiring a Regional Manager, Implementation (EOR/COR) to lead a regional pod of 4–6 Implementation Managers and Senior Implementation Managers. This is a remote role in NAMER.

You will own the region end-to-end: people, delivery metrics, escalations and growth as we hire into it. You’ll coach, recruit and ramp new managers, ensure on-time go-lives, accurate Salesforce routing, and strong cross‑team collaboration with Sales, Customer Success, Product and Compliance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in client-facing implementation, onboarding or project delivery, ideally in EOR, global employment or HR SaaS.
• 2+ years managing distributed teams, or strong track record as a Team Lead.
• Depth in EOR and COR delivery: entity setup, local labour law, employment contracts, visas and mobility, invoicing.

Responsibilities

• Lead a regional pod of 4–6 Implementation Managers and Senior Implementation Managers with regular coaching and development.
• Recruit, onboard and ramp new Implementation Managers as the region scales.
• Own delivery numbers: on-time go-lives, zero compliance errors, and complete handovers.
• Maintain client assignment health; ensure accurate routing in Salesforce and prompt rebalancing as needed.
• Co-own escalation plans; join client calls and keep leadership updated until issues are resolved.
• Own relationships with Sales, Customer Success, Product, Compliance and operations teams.
