Job summary

RemotePass is shaping the future of global employment with an end-to-end EOR platform. You will own the Employer of Record product lifecycle from quotes and onboarding to compliance, benefits, and offboarding, while driving the roadmap and prioritizing work across teams worldwide.

You will lead discovery with customers, translate feedback into a concrete plan, and build AI-enabled internal platforms that scale EOR operations across time zones.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management with end-to-end EOR or HR tech ownership.
• Track record shipping and scaling complex B2B products.
• Strong discovery skills from customer data to product direction.
• Hands-on experience with AI as a product surface.
• Comfort with employment law, compliance, and country-specific processes.
• Experience coordinating distributed teams across time zones.

Responsibilities

• Own the full EOR lifecycle from quotes to onboarding to offboarding.
• Set the product roadmap and justify builds to the business.
• Lead discovery with customers, prospects, employees, and ops teams.
• Translate escalations into a prioritized product plan.
• Develop and maintain internal platforms and AI agents for EOR ops.
• Coordinate across time zones with product, engineering, ops, and GTM teams.
