Job summary

Elevation Health is seeking a Regional Operations Manager to supervise select West accounts in a fully remote US role. You will drive operational excellence, supervise managers, and collaborate with senior leadership to optimize performance and service quality.

Responsibilities include training staff, conducting performance reviews, managing budgets and invoicing, and participating in special projects. Occasional travel is required to support centers and initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science or related field required.
• CPR/AED certification required.
• Personal training certification preferred.
• Nutrition coaching certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee regional operations across West accounts and develop strong processes.
• Lead, train, and supervise managers at designated accounts.
• Execute performance reviews for direct reports; hire and train new staff.
• Manage monthly billing/invoicing and review reports for accuracy.
• Travel ~25% to support accounts and centers as needed.
