Job summary

G-P seeks an experienced Forward Deployed Operations Manager to lead multi-country onboarding for large enterprise clients. You will own end-to-end EOR onboarding programs, coordinating with HR Ops, CS, and Sales to ensure seamless global delivery and optimal customer satisfaction.

In this role, you will oversee compliance across international labor laws, translate in-country nuances into actionable plans, and work with CSMs to drive platform adoption and successful outcomes for enterprise

Qualifications

• 4+ years in Enterprise Implementation, Onboarding, Technical Project Management, or Operations Delivery—ideally within the EOR, Payroll, Global HR Tech, or SaaS space.
• Direct exposure to global employment mechanics (Employer of Record, global payroll, employment law basics, or HR operations).
• Enterprise Project Management: formal frameworks (PMP, Agile, or equivalent).
• Excellent communication and consultative leadership; comfortable with VP/C-suite stakeholders.
• Ability to translate complex regulatory/operational realities into actionable steps for clients.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Onboarding: Own multi-country EOR onboarding for enterprise clients, managing timelines and milestones.
• Single Point of Contact: Primary operational partner for enterprise Customer POCs during project implementation.
• Internal Alignment: Coordinate with regional HR Ops, CS and Sales to align resources and streamline execution.
• Compliance Oversight: Navigate international labor laws, visa requirements, benefits administration, and local contracts.
• Local Ops Integration: Translate in-country nuances into clear action plans while adhering to local regs.
• Risk Mitigation: Identify and resolve blockers and payroll delays across jurisdictions.
• Customer Success Partnership: Collaborate with CSMs to bridge delivery with account growth.
• Adoption & Happiness: Drive activation and platform adoption for admins and international employees.
• Escalations & Problem-Solving: Serve as escalation point for complex inquiries.
