Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Regional Maintenance Manager for our IFM program. You will lead day-to-day BBM services, drive KPI performance, and coordinate between field teams, the NOC, RFMs, and leadership across New York, Boston, and Cleveland.

The role requires significant travel and hands-on operations leadership. You will own service delivery, compliance, and commercial controls while scaling the program to new nodes and sites as growth unfolds.

Qualifications

• 7+ years progressive facility management or maintenance operations experience in industrial, logistics, or distribution environments.
• 3+ years managing multi-site portfolios (5+ sites minimum) with P&L or budget accountability.
• Experience with CMMS systems such as APM, Corrigo, Maximo, ServiceChannel, or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of base building systems and regulatory frameworks (NFPA, OSHA, EPA).
• Proven ability to manage KPI-driven contracts with SLA accountability and audits.

Responsibilities

• Own node-level service delivery across IFM sites including fulfillment centers and delivery stations.
• Drive PM, SC, and REG completion to KPI targets and manage WO routing and labor planning.
• Lead SEV1/2 escalation and ensure 24/7 call coverage for urgent events.
• Oversee backlog management and ensure labor utilization ≥90%.
• Onboard new sites per BBM onboarding process and IOQ support up to 4 weeks prior to completion.
• Deliver weekly and monthly governance reports to clients and leadership.
