Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Regional Senior Facility Manager to lead a large NYC corporate real estate portfolio, driving operational excellence, safety, and service quality. The role oversees complex infrastructure, budget management, and a multidisciplinary team across engineering, operations, and workplace services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive facilities management experience.
• 5+ years leading large multidisciplinary teams including union personnel.
• Experience managing mission-critical facilities and high-availability environments.
• Strong financial acumen with responsibility for operating budgets.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day facilities operations across a complex NYC portfolio ensuring service excellence.
• Oversee mission-critical infrastructure, ensuring reliability and availability.
• Develop strategic operating plans aligned with client objectives.
• Drive continuous improvement and risk management.
• Manage vendor contracts, procurement, and lifecycle maintenance.
