Responsibilities

• Site visits across multiple locations, including the Bronx, NY, ensuring high maintenance standards.
• Morning briefing to discuss priorities, safety updates, and issues from shifts.
• Evaluate, prioritize, and delegate work orders for preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Conduct regular facility walkthroughs to address issues, safety hazards, and cleanliness.
• Ensure safety compliance through training, audits, and inspections.
• Analyze maintenance data and report findings to management and stakeholders.
• Lead and develop maintenance technicians, including evaluations and trainings.
