Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC in Wixom, MI is seeking an organized, autonomous facilities management expert to lead the North America IFM strategy across the US and Canada, with potential expansion to Mexico and the rest of the Americas.

You will collaborate with Procurement, Operations, Finance and local maintenance teams to optimize cost, quality and performance of hard and soft services while tracking KPIs and partnering with Finance to improve data management and budgeting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of cross-functional experience with tech and non-tech teams.
• 5+ years of team management experience.
• 5+ years of cross-functional project delivery experience.
• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience defining program requirements and using data/metrics to determine improvements.

Responsibilities

• Leads the expansion of the Integrated Facility Management (IFM) Strategy in NA.
• Technical lead collaborating with procurement to execute contracts and manage vendor relationships.
• Coordinate with global SMEs to adapt strategies to local regulations.
• Engage with leaders to deploy IFM initiatives to improve cost, quality and performance.
• Develop KPIs, tools and dashboards to report savings, compliance and risk.
