Job summary

Amazon Indianapolis is seeking a Regional Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance operations across multiple sites. You will supervise Maintenance Managers and their teams, develop strategic maintenance programs, and drive operational excellence throughout your region.

The role combines budgeting, safety leadership, and continuous improvement with hands-on guidance for preventative maintenance, capital planning, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 4+ years managing department spend and labor budgets, RCA, and CI experience.
• 4+ years of direct leadership/supervisory experience.
• 4+ years of CMMS experience.
• 4+ years of managing, analyzing and communicating results to senior leadership experience.
• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or related field, or 2+ years Amazon RME FT Exempt experience.
• Work a flexible schedule including weekends, nights, and/or holidays.
• 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead Maintenance Managers and their teams across multiple sites, fostering growth and performance.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive preventative maintenance programs, manage regional budgets, drive CI.
• Ensure safety protocols and audits regionally in partnership with site Safety leadership.
• Manage capital spending plans, coordinate contractors, and drive high-quality service regionally.
• Travel domestically up to 80% to support regional sites and initiatives.
