Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance and facility support across multiple sites. The role focuses on people development, safety leadership, and operational excellence to ensure high uptime and reliable asset performance.

You will mentor site leaders, collaborate with regional managers, and drive KPI-driven improvements in safety, PM/PdM, and issue resolution while coordinating with clients and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Maintenance, Engineering, Management, or related field.
• 5+ years’ experience in maintenance management with predictive and preventive maintenance.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CMMS; willingness to travel as needed.
• Proven leadership across multiple teams or a single high-complexity site.
• Availability to provide 24/7 support with flexibility to travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead and align AMMs and site teams with company and client goals.
• Mentor AMMs to build a pipeline of future leaders and support succession planning.
• Champion a safety-first culture and ensure training completion across sites.
• Drive preventive and predictive maintenance programs to maximize uptime and equipment reliability.
• Build strong relationships with site leadership and participate in QBRs to identify improvements.
• Oversee timesheets, travel/expense reporting, and ensure RCAs are completed.
