Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Regional Maintenance Manager for the Integrated Facility Management program. You will lead day-to-day Base Building Maintenance, ensure KPI performance, and act as the primary interface among field teams, the NOC, RFMs, and CWS leadership.

The current portfolio spans 3 nodes across New York, Boston, and Cleveland, with growth plans to add more nodes. Frequent travel (40–60%) is required to support operations across the Northeast and onboarding of new sites.

Qualifications

• 7+ years facility management or maintenance operations in industrial/logistics environments.
• 3+ years managing multi-site portfolios (5+ sites) with P&L or budget accountability.
• CMMS experience (APM, Corrigo, Maximo, ServiceChannel or equivalent).
• Strong knowledge of base building systems: HVAC, electrical, fire protection, plumbing.
• Experience managing subcontractors, quotes, PO/NTE controls, and invoice reconciliation.
• Knowledge of NFPA/OSHA/EPA and state regulatory requirements for industrial maintenance.
• Proven KPI-driven contract management with SLA accountability and quarterly audits.
• Valid driver’s license; 40–60% travel across Northeast US.

Responsibilities

• Own node-level service delivery across IFM sites.
• Drive PM, SC, and REG completion rates to KPI targets.
• Manage WO routing, technician assignments, and capacity planning.
• Lead SEV1/2 escalation response and 24/7 call coverage.
• Oversee backlog management and labor utilization targets.
• Coordinate onboarding of new sites and IOQ support.
• Deliver weekly and monthly business reviews to clients and leadership.
