Job summary

Fairway Management, Inc. is seeking a Regional Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance operations across multiple properties, travel between sites, and mentor maintenance teams. The role combines hands-on work with regional responsibilities including budgeting, vendor management, and capital projects.

Daily travel is required, with some overnight stays, and you will ensure safety, quality, and timely completion of tasks while partnering with property managers and regional leadership.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or the equivalent.
• Minimum 6+ years of maintenance experience with supervisory experience.
• EPA 608 Universal Certification and HVAC troubleshooting/installation experience (3+ years).
• Proficient with Word, Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint and Real Page Onesite.
• Carpentry, plumbing, masonry, electrical, appliance repair, machine repair, painting and janitorial knowledge.
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics.
• Familiar with LIHTC, HOME and Section 8 Compliance and budget planning.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple sites, develop training programs, manage vendors and capital projects, and standardize processes.
• Ensure adherence to customer service standards and timely handling of resident maintenance issues.
• Travel daily with overnight stays as necessary.
• Conduct quarterly property inspections for properties within the region.
• Assist with on-site maintenance work and mentor staff across regions.
• Support budgeting, procurement, and maintenance operations across sites.
• Lead region-wide quarterly training for maintenance staff.
• Maintain systems for tracking work orders, preventive maintenance, safety compliance, inventories, and readies.
