Job summary

OBR Cooling Towers is seeking a Regional HSEQ Manager for the Eastern US region. This remote role covers oversight of safety, health, environment, and quality programs across multiple sites with frequent travel in the Eastern US.

The candidate will drive risk mitigation, conduct field audits, and mentor field teams while coordinating with corporate safety and customer EH&S teams to ensure compliant, safe Project execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in occupational health and safety or management.
• 5+ years in industrial health and safety.
• CSHO/CHST/ASP/CSP certs preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word/Excel/Project).
• 1–2 years quality control experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coach HSEQ measures during project planning and execution.
• Lead safety and quality policies, procedures, and risk strategies.
• Perform regular field audits for projects in the region.
• Provide weekly reports on findings and deficiencies.
• Develop site safety plans, JSAs, THAs, and safe work procedures.
• Investigate incidents and verify corrective actions in a timely manner.
• Mentor field personnel and support regional safety performance.
• Collaborate with safety teams to meet customer EH&S expectations.
