OBR is seeking a Regional HSEQ Manager to oversee health, safety, environment, and quality across the Eastern US region. This remote role supports Pennsylvania, Maryland, Virginia, New York, New Jersey, and neighboring states with travel to project sites as needed.

The candidate will lead safety and quality programs, conduct field audits, and partner with corporate EH&S teams to implement robust safe-work plans and incident investigations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in occupational health and safety, management, or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of experience in industrial health and safety.
• CSHO/CHST/ASP/CSP certifications preferred.

Responsabilités

• Champion safety and quality programs across the Eastern US Region.
• Lead and enforce safety policies, procedures, and risk strategies.
• Perform regular field audits for projects in the region.
• Provide weekly reports on findings and deficiencies.
• Train personnel on HSEQ requirements and OSHA compliance.
• Develop and maintain site safety plans, JSAs, THAs, and SWPs.
• Investigate incidents and verify corrective actions in a timely manner.
