Job summary

OBR Cooling Towers is seeking a Regional HSEQ Manager for the Eastern US region. The role oversees health, safety, environment and quality across projects, drives compliance, and leads safety and quality programs with a focus on field execution and audits.

The position requires 5+ years in industrial HSEQ, a bachelor’s degree, and relevant certifications. Expect up to 50% travel and a remote-friendly Eastern US footprint with travel to sites and offices as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in occupational health and safety, management, or equivalent.
• 5+ years of experience in industrial health and safety role.
• Certifications such as CSHO, CHST, ASP, or CSP preferred.
• Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Project).
• Clear and effective written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Champion OBR safety and quality programs in the Eastern US Region.
• Lead and enforce safety policies, procedures, and risk strategies.
• Perform regular field audits for projects in the region.
• Provide weekly activity reports highlighting findings and deficiencies.
• Train personnel on various HSEQ requirements and OSHA compliance.
• Investigate incidents and verify corrective actions in a timely manner.
