Job summary

OBR Cooling Towers is seeking a Regional HSEQ Manager to oversee safety and quality across the Eastern US region. The role requires coordinating safety programs, audits, and compliance while traveling to project sites and supporting field teams.

This remote position supports the Eastern U.S. with about 50% travel to customer sites and offices. A Bachelor’s in safety or related field and 5+ years in industrial safety are required, with OSHA-related certifications preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in occupational health and safety or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of experience in industrial health and safety.
• Certifications such as CSHO, CHST, ASP, or CSP preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Project.

Responsibilities

• Champion OBR safety and quality programs in the Eastern US Region.
• Provide safety expertise across employees, clients, and site operations.
• Lead and enforce safety policies, procedures, and risk strategies.
• Perform field audits for projects in the region and report findings.
