Job summary

OBR is seeking a Regional HSEQ Manager to lead safety, health, environment and quality across the Eastern US. The role requires travel ~50% to field sites and coordination with project teams, corporate safety, and customers.

A strong background in OSHA and incident investigations is essential. The position supports multiple states, with preference for candidates in PA, MD, VA, NY, or NJ, and requires a bachelor’s in OH&S or related field plus 5+ years of experience; certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in occupational health and safety, management, or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of experience in industrial health and safety.
• CSHO/CHST/ASP/CSP certifications preferred.
• MS Office proficiency including Word, Excel, and Project.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• 1-2 years of quality control experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Champion safety and quality programs in the Eastern US Region.
• Lead and enforce safety policies, procedures, and risk strategies.
• Conduct regular field audits for projects in the region.
• Provide weekly reports on findings and deficiencies.
• Train personnel on HSEQ requirements; OSHA compliance.
• Develop site safety plans, JSAs, THAs, and safe work procedures.
• Investigate incidents and verify corrective actions.
• Manage safety equipment and onboarding of new crew members.
• Supervise field personnel and perform Site Safety Coordinator duties.
• Support regional safety performance and quality policies.
