Job summary

OBR Management is seeking a Regional HSEQ Manager to lead safety, health, environment, and quality across the Eastern US region. The role requires travel up to 50% and supports integration of AMC into OBR’s HSEQ framework.

This remote position covers Pennsylvania, Maryland, Virginia, New York, New Jersey, and nearby states. You will drive audits, prepare documentation, and mentor field personnel to uphold OSHA standards and customer requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in occupational health and safety, management, or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of experience in industrial health and safety role.
• Certifications such as CSHO, CHST, ASP, or CSP preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Project).

Responsibilities

• Champion OBR safety and quality programs in the Eastern US Region.
• Lead and enforce safety policies, procedures, and risk strategies.
• Perform regular field audits for OBR projects in the region.
• Provide safety training and onboarding for personnel on HSEQ requirements.
• Investigate incidents, report findings, and verify corrective actions promptly.
• Develop site safety plans, JSAs, THAs, and safe work procedures.
• Coordinate with corporate safety, project management, and EH&S teams.
• Manage safety equipment and travel-related safety activities.
