Job summary

OBR Management is seeking a Regional HSEQ Manager to oversee health, safety and quality across the Eastern US region. The role is remote, with travel around 50% to project sites and audits.

You will lead safety and quality programs, develop site safety plans, perform audits, investigate incidents, and mentor field staff while coordinating with corporate EH&S teams. Requires 5+ years in industrial health and safety and relevant certifications.

Qualifications

• Degree in occupational health and safety, management, or equivalent.
• At least 5 years in industrial health and safety.
• Certifications such as CSHO, CHST, ASP, or CSP preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Project.
• 1–2 years of quality control experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Champion safety and quality programs in the Eastern US Region.
• Lead and enforce safety policies, procedures, and risk strategies.
• Perform regular field audits for OBR projects in the region.
• Provide safety expertise across employees, clients, and facilities, including OSHA compliance and incident investigations.
• Develop site safety plans, JSAs, THAs, and safe work procedures.
• Investigate incidents and verify corrective actions in a timely manner.
• Manage safety equipment and onboarding of new crew members.
• Supervise and mentor field personnel; perform Site Safety Coordinator duties as needed.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in occupational health and safety, management, or equivalent

CSHO/CHST/ASP/CSP certifications (preferred)

MS Office (Word, Excel, Project)

5+ years industrial health and safety experience

1–2 years quality control experience (preferred)
