Job summary

OBR Management seeks a Regional HSEQ Manager for the Eastern US to lead safety, health, and quality programs across the region, including a recent acquisition integration. The role requires substantial travel (about 50%) to customer sites and projects, ensuring OSHA compliance and robust field safety practices.

You will mentor field personnel, develop and maintain ITPs and safety documentation, and collaborate with corporate safety teams to meet client expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in occupational health and safety, management, or equivalent.
• 5+ years of experience in industrial health and safety role.
• Certifications such as CSHO, CHST, ASP, or CSP preferred.
• MS Office applications proficiency (Word, Excel, Project).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• 1-2 years of quality control experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Champion OBR safety and quality programs in the Eastern US Region.
• Lead and enforce safety policies, procedures, and risk strategies.
• Perform regular field safety audits for projects in the region.
• Provide weekly reports for findings and deficiencies to identify recurring issues.
• Train regional personnel on HSEQ requirements and compliance.
• Coordinate OSHA compliance and incident investigations.
• Develop site safety plans, JSAs, THAs, and safe work procedures.
• Investigate incidents and verify corrective actions promptly.
