Zusammenfassung

AoPS is seeking a Regional HR Business Partner to act as a strategic advisor to senior leaders in the Bay Area. You will guide people-related decisions to drive organizational effectiveness and growth, partnering with department heads on organizational design, workforce planning, and talent management to align people strategies with business goals.

This role emphasizes performance coaching, data-driven insights, change management, and confidential handling of sensitive information.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 3 years in an HRBP role.
• SHRM-CP/SCP or HRCI PHR/SPHR certification preferred.
• Strong business acumen and ability to translate objectives into people strategies.
• Excellent communication and change-management skills with data-driven mindset.

Aufgaben

• Embed yourself with the assigned department to translate priorities into People actions.
• Provide guidance on organizational design, workforce planning, and succession planning.
• Lead performance management, coaching managers on feedback and development.
• Analyze workforce data and trends to drive strategic recommendations.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition to support strategic hiring needs.
• Collaborate to implement integrated HR solutions aligned with business goals.
• Ensure legal compliance and interpret policies as needed.
• Support change management and stakeholder engagement.
• Improve working relationships, morale, and productivity.
• Identify training needs and design development programs.
• Contribute to continuous HR program improvements and confidentiality.
