The role emphasizes coaching, leadership support, and applying consistent HR practices firmwide. The position collaborates with Talent, Learning, and Acquisition teams to implement change strategies and strengthen organizational effectiveness while ensuring compliance with employment

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive HR experience including HRBP and ER.
• Experience guiding business and senior leaders.
• Strong ER and performance management experience with investigations.
• Ability to coach and influence leaders on HR matters.
• Experience leading organizational change initiatives.
• Sound judgment to craft practical recommendations.
• Knowledge of federal and state employment laws.
• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced multi-office environment.
