• 7–10+ years of HR experience, including at least 5 years as an HR Business Partner in high-growth or complex environments.
• Strategic partner who guides leaders through tough trade-offs and adapts quickly to changing priorities.
• Multiplers who create impact and develop leadership across the organization.
• Scrappy problem solving with sound judgment and no fixed playbook.
• Change leadership with calm, clarity, and empathy in moments of ambiguity.

Responsibilities
