Art of Problem Solving (AoPS) in San Diego, CA, seeks a Regional HR Business Partner to act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership, aligning people strategies with business goals and growth.

You will guide organizational design, workforce planning, performance management, and talent development, partnering with talent acquisition and HR specialists to drive a performance-driven, engaging culture while ensuring legal compliance and data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience with 3+ years in an HRBP role.
• Knowledge across HR disciplines including compensation, development, employee relations, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Embed within assigned department to translate priorities into People actions.
• Guide organizational design, workforce planning, and succession planning.
• Coach managers on feedback, development, promotions, and performance issues.
• Analyze workforce data to inform strategic decisions.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition for strategic hiring.
• Collaborate with HR teams to implement integrated solutions.
• Ensure legal compliance and policy interpretation.
• Support change management and stakeholder engagement.
• Improve working relationships, morale, and productivity.
• Identify training needs and design development programs.
• Contribute to continuous HR process improvement.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
