• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess complex situations and act with sound judgment
• Ability to adapt approaches when guidance is limited and work independently while seeking reviews at critical points

Responsibilities

• Partner with managers and leaders to support day-to-day people strategy aligned with priorities and goals
• Resolve employee relations, performance, and workforce issues using HR principles and policies
• Independently devise and implement HR solutions, adapting practices to evolving business needs
• Coach leaders on performance management, engagement, development, and workplace concerns
• Collaborate with Legal, Talent, Total Rewards, HR Ops to deliver integrated HR solutions
• Advise leaders on difficult or sensitive matters with sound judgment and discretion
• Ensure HR actions align with company policies, values, and obligations
