Job summary

Structural Integrity Associates, Inc. seeks an experienced HR Business Partner to drive organization development, workforce planning, and talent strategies across corporate and engineering units from our San Jose, CA office, with a hybrid schedule.

The ideal candidate will manage the employee lifecycle, provide coaching to managers, oversee performance reviews, total rewards, compliance, and HR operations, leveraging ADP Workforce Now and analytics to support scalable growth and operational

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
5+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably with 2+ years as a business partner or strong HR generalist background.
SHRM-CP, PHR, or similar HR certification preferred.
Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and HR best practices.
Experience managing HR policies, compliance programs, and employee documentation.
Experience with ADP Workforce Now onboarding, talent management, and benefits/ACA compliance.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, maintain confidentiality, and resolve issues.

Responsibilities

Organizational Development & Workforce Planning: partner with leaders to evaluate team structures and staffing plans and facilitate succession planning.
Performance Management: administer year-end reviews, self-assessments, and goal setting; guide development and performance improvement plans.
Total Rewards: collaborate on merit and bonus processes; design competitive compensation packages.
Employee Relations & Engagement: provide counsel to managers; support conflict resolution; advocate for employees.
HR Operations & Programs: design and execute programs with HR COE; streamline processes; leverage analytics.
