The Boyd Group seeks a Regional HR Manager to deliver HR services for the Midwest U.S. Collision Region, partnering with General Managers and Market Managers to drive engagement, performance and change management.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years HR experience, bilingual English/Spanish preferred, and the ability to travel up to 50% including overnights. You will lead talent planning, employee development and investigations across multiple sites.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
• 5+ years HR experience supporting operations leadership.
• Experience in multi-site environments.
• Experience creating or implementing a people strategy for hourly/salary workforce.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong business acumen.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and support talent planning, performance reviews, career development and engagement initiatives.
• Partner with Operations to reduce turnover in high-turnover markets.
• Deploy resources and tools to ensure a discrimination-free workplace and regulatory compliance.
• Provide coaching to management on development plans.
• Support succession planning and HR programs across the division.
• Act as SME in employee investigations and issue resolution.
• Assist local leaders with talent acquisition as needed.
• Ensure positive, inclusive work environments across markets.
