Job summary

Rogers is seeking a bilingual Regional HR Lead to serve as a strategic partner across multiple job sites within a defined region. The role drives HR execution, workforce planning, employee relations, compliance, and engagement while aligning with company culture and business objectives.

The Regional HR Lead acts as the primary HR presence in the field, partnering with operations and site leadership to address challenges and ensure consistent HR practices across locations.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience in field or multi-site environments.
• Experience supporting construction, industrial, or field-based workforce preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the lead HR partner for assigned region(s), supporting site leadership and workforce needs.
• Execute HR strategies aligned with business goals and operational priorities.
• Provide guidance and coaching to managers on employee relations, performance management, and other areas as assigned.
• Act as first point of escalation for employee relations issues and conduct investigations as needed.
• Support onboarding, documentation, and workforce processes to ensure accuracy and consistency.
