Job summary

Micro Center is seeking a Regional Human Resources Manager to support multiple Midwest and Western U.S. store locations.

This role partners with store leaders to drive associate engagement, talent development, and compliant people practices while traveling regularly to support 7-9 stores. You will act as a trusted HR partner, guiding employee relations, performance management, coaching leaders, and implementing workforce strategies that align with business goals across a multi-unit retail

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 7+ years of progressive Human Resources experience with a focus on employee relations, leadership coaching, and performance management.
• Experience supporting multiple locations in a retail, hospitality, or multi-unit environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary HR business partner for multiple retail store locations.
• Build strong relationships with store leaders and associates through site visits and hands-on support.
• Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, investigations, corrective action, and policy interpretation.
• Monitor associate engagement and workplace culture; identify opportunities to improve retention and morale.
• Partner with leadership to develop and execute talent strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Identify high-potential talent and support succession planning and leadership development.
• Analyze workforce metrics to inform people decisions and recommendations.
• Support recruiting and retention efforts to attract and retain top talent.
• Facilitate training programs, workshops, and leadership development initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws.
