Job summary

Core & Main is seeking an HR leader to drive organizational effectiveness, staffing, learning, performance management and employment practices across a region. You will support HR Regional Managers, analyze HR data, and guide program implementation while addressing associate relations in a fast-moving field.

The role emphasizes cross-location coordination, M&A integration experiences, and advancing compliant HR processes amid a dynamic infrastructure distribution environment.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in related discipline required.
• 7+ years of HR experience in OE, staffing, learning or performance management.
• Experience supporting an HR program across a region; multi-unit management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive execution of HR programs/processes in OE, staffing, learning, performance management and employment practices.
• Manage associate relations to maintain a positive, productive environment.
• Provide HR guidance to Regional Managers and staff.
• Analyze reports to evaluate HR operations for the assigned area.
• Facilitate acquisition integrations including orientation, benefits and training.
