Micro Center seeks a Regional Human Resources Manager to support multiple Midwest and Western US stores. This on-site role partners with store leaders to drive associate experience, retention, and performance, while traveling to sites to coach leaders and supervise HR initiatives.

You will influence people decisions, build strong relationships, and ensure compliant HR practices across a distributed retail network with a significant travel requirement.

Competenze

• 7+ years of progressive HR experience with focus on ER and leadership coaching.
• Experience supporting multiple locations in a retail or multi-unit environment.
• Experience handling workplace investigations and policy interpretation.

Mansioni

• Serve as the primary HR business partner for multiple store locations.
• Travel to store sites to build relationships and provide hands-on support.
• Guide employee relations, investigations, performance mgmt, and policy interpretation.
• Monitor engagement and culture, identify retention opportunities.
• Partner with leaders to develop talent strategies and succession plans.
• Analyze workforce metrics to advise on people decisions.
• Support recruiting and retention efforts across 7–9 stores.
